FLINTLOCK PISTOL. Cal. 70. NSN. Copy of the French model XIII (1805), which was the 13th year of the French Republic, 15" overall, 9" unmarked barrel, lock is signed "ALBER" with sickle mark, possibly Spanish. Standard style of French ANO XIII with brass furniture, iron ramrod, added sling swivel mounted above butt cap. Only other marking is "33" stamped in wood opposite lock. CONDITION: very good overall, complete & original. Mechanically fine, clear smooth bore. (01-28843/JS). ANTIQUE. $1,500-2,000.
